My love of smoothies is infinite. Therefore, I could not have a website without including a dedicated page to smoothies! Well, I could, but I didn’t want to.

Put it all in a blender and enjoy!
Smoothies have become a daily ritual for me. I am a great believer in being proactive about your own health. I have read and researched a plethora of health books and magazines over the years and am always searching for alternative ways to help me be my best self.
As we all know smoothies are a great way of getting fruit and vegetables into your diet, and an added spoonful of chia seeds, flaxseeds, or nuts gives you that added boost to start your day. I sometimes like to top mine with gojo berries, almond flakes, hemp seeds, or a tablespoon of granola. I have also started adding a Gold Standard Pure Collagen and a Love Thy Gut prebiotic super blend to my morning routine. Here are a few of my favourites:

Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are delicious and there are so many varieties. Have a look online to find a recipe you will love. I make overnight oats to have for a change and they are really warming and filling, also a great breakfast to have in winter.
This recipe is from the Deliciously Ella app, its absolutely worth checking out, she has some really yummy recipes on there!
Mix it all in a bowl, or glass jar and pop it in the fridge. I usually heat this through in a saucepan in the morning, so delicious 😋
60g of Oats
2 tbsp Peanut butter, or almond butter
185mls Dairy free milk
1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
Small handful of raisins
You can also add, or change it up with a banana if you’d prefer.
